We are looking for a Payment Optimisation Specialist to help drive performance, reliability, and efficiency!
In this role, you will monitor and optimise payment performance across multiple PSPs and markets, ensuring high transaction success rates and a seamless customer experience.
Acting as a key coordination point between Operations, Product, Technology, and external payment partners, you will play a critical role in safeguarding payment availability while identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Monitor payment methods, approval rates, and PSP performance
- Detect and manage payment incidents and downtime
- Implement routing adjustments to minimise customer impact
- Support onboarding and optimisation of new PSPs
- Analyse payment data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Reconciliation checks (deposits, withdrawals, failures)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently
What we are looking for
- 1 year experience in a payments and quality focussed environment
- Experience in payments, PSP integrations, fintech, or online operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Incident management or operational troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with reconciliation processes is a plus
- Ability to work in an extended-hours coverage model
