What You’ll Do
- Diseñar y desarrollar servicios backend distribuidos utilizando .NET y arquitectura basada en eventos.
- Colaborar con los equipos de producto y comercial para transformar ideas de compromiso en soluciones escalables, mantenibles y fáciles de usar.
- Optimizar nuestro ecosistema de microservicios para rendimiento, fiabilidad y observabilidad.
- Impulsar nuestra estrategia de contenerización y migración a la nube.
- Participar en discusiones de arquitectura y ayudar a dar forma a las decisiones técnicas.
- Para ingenieros sénior: Liderar decisiones arquitectónicas e identificar proactivamente áreas de mejora.
- Escribir código mantenible y bien probado y realizar revisiones de código.
- Participar en la resolución de incidentes y en la rotación de guardia del equipo.
- For senior engineers: Lead incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and implement systemic improvements.
- Mantener documentación técnica clara como ADRs, runbooks y directrices.
- For senior engineers: Ensure documentation quality and actively mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Desarrollar y compartir tu experiencia en el dominio dentro del equipo.
- For senior engineers: Act as a go-to expert for complex domain-specific challenges.
What Tech Stack You’ll Be Working With
No esperamos que conozcas todo lo que se enumera a continuación, pero cuanto más familiarizado estés, mejor. Lo que más importa es tu capacidad para aprender, colaborar y escribir código de alta calidad y mantenible.
Tecnologías Clave
Estas son esenciales para el rol, y buscamos una experiencia sólida en este ámbito, especialmente para candidatos sénior.
- Lenguajes y Frameworks: C#, .NET (versiones modernas posteriores a .NET Core)
- Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Couchbase (experience with relational or document databases, including indexing and query optimization, is a strong plus)
- Cloud & Containers: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker (experience with any major cloud provider or containerization platform is valuable)
- Testing & Quality: xUnit/NUnit, mocking frameworks, k6 for load testing (understanding of unit, integration, and performance testing is more important than specific tools)

- Messaging & Microservices: Web APIs, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Orleans (experience with any messaging or actor-based system is valuable)

- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, trunk-based development, progressive delivery (familiarity with continuous delivery pipelines and deployment strategies is more important than specific tooling)
