Betsson Greece gave a large corporate donation to the Galatasaray Container Project in aid of those people affected by the earthquake in Turkey. The Galatasaray Container Project aims to purchase containers for temporary housing for those affected.

In relation to this, Betsson and AEK BC gave two thousand free tickets for the match between BCL and AEK – Galatasaray, to schools, institutions and organisations such as Hellenic Red Cross and EMAK. Both organisations were awarded by both representatives of Betsson and AEK BC for their support in Turkey.

A few minutes before the start of the match, in a crowded stadium of more than seven thousand people, Managing Director of Betsson Greece Thanos Marinos and the owner of AEK BC, Makis Angelopoulos, presented the Vice Chairman of Galatasaray, Metin Öztürk and the Vice President of Galatasaray, Erden Timur, the donation for the Containing Project.

If you would like to contribute and to help those affected by the earthquake in Turkey, you may do so here.
