To combat the current issue of illegal dumping and preserve Malta’s natural beauty, Betsson Group Affiliates has joined The Malta Ranger Unit, a prominent NGO (VO/2443), to take concrete steps towards a cleaner environment.

Recently, the collaborative efforts of Betsson Group Affiliates and The Malta Ranger Unit manifested in a cleanup operation at Qalet Marku, located near Bahar iċ-Ċagħaq, and its surrounding areas. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves and worked tirelessly to clear the picturesque landscapes of unsightly debris and waste, restoring the natural beauty of the region.

Moreover, the team have been provided with firsthand insights into the importance of preserving Malta’s delicate ecosystem.  

By combining proactive cleanup efforts with education and community engagement, BGA and The Malta Ranger Unit aim to foster a culture of environmental stewardship and discourage future instances of illegal dumping.
